Crossing | DABPRESS E-Nail Replacement Coil

Sent me a 10 mm heater coil and 10 mm glass bucket took it outside of the package for a minute maybe to take pictures and then put it all back in and they say sorry we can’t do anything about it since it’s not an original packaging after I explained them that it’s never been used. It’s still has original Clamps plastic clip clamps around them like this thing is never been used. Nothing about it’s been used what kind of person are you to say that you do returns when you don’t accept a return because the package has been opened ? Sad because I loved this website and intended on spending hundreds if not, thousands or more over the years. But until they square this away and get me right I’m just going to tell everybody about how I feel about this and how you guys almost use a loophole to not return items. It’s almost like I could make a video out of this to show everyone how people come up with little loopholes to not return things so you have to buy it twice or three times. Absolutely ridiculous and deplorable.

Order came expeditiously! Everything is in good working order, Discount E-nails knocked it out the park, and I have already made a return order that has already been delivered.

Works just as well as the more expensive ones you can find. Just do your homework and make sure whichever one you buy, it has the same pin out as your PID device.

This product matched up to my dabpress temp unit perfectly and made upgrading to an axial 25mm banger e-nail super easy! Also a side note their customer service is amazing and they even tossed in a goodie which I loved !!
