  1. Will I get a tracking number?

-Yes, the tracking will be automatically emailed to you within 24 hours when your order ships. It also can be seen under “my orders” on your user account if you created one.

  1. Do you offer returns?

Yes, we gladly offer returns within 14 days on un-used items only.

If something is defective we cover all shipping costs and will exchange it for you. Please just email us: Support@DiscountEnails.com

  1. How long does it usually take to arrive?

-We ship orders out Monday-Friday within 24 hours of placing the order and USPS advertises 2-3 delivery with USPS Priority mail. All orders ship free except international orders.

  1. What is the warranty on the E-Nail kits we sell?

-We always work with the customer to resolve all problems. Every E-Nail controller has a 1 year warranty on the controller box and 90 days on the coil. Portable E-Nails have a 90 day warranty on the body. We also sell replacement parts under “accessories” on the home page main menu.

  1. Do you offer wholesale discounts?

-Yes, please send us an email about wholesale orders. Usually wholesale orders would be 5x or more of a certain E-Nail or accessory.

  1. Do you ever get new products on your website?

-Yes we often get new products in stock and will add them to our website. Please check back or follow us on social media.
