Discount E-Nails offers a 1 year warranty on all E-Nail controller boxes and 90 days on the heating coil. We offer a 90 day warranty on the body of all portable E-Nails.
Returns: Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days on un-used items only. If something is defective we will pay for all shipping costs for an exchange or just simply send you a new item or part once you provide a photo or video of the problem.
