XL good, ceramic cups bad

I do plan to formally reach out to support for possible warranty claims. This device has been absolutely wonderful so far. It arrived to me on July 24th. I switched from a standard glass rig with propane torch to heat it. This is much much better! However, I have already seemed to have cacked two of the ceramic cups. The original non-rebuildable atomizer lasted maybe 3 weeks before I noticed the crack from top to bottom. So, I bought a rebuildable atomizer with extra cups. That arrived on Aug 27th, on Sept 5th I noticed the cup was cracked again. Barely a week of use. That doesn't seem right. It gets used maybe 3-5 times a day on the green setting and cleaned daily. If the cups would hold up better, this would be a 5 star review.

Doesn't last long

Bought the whole rig in October and had to replace atomizer in Feb. Now in June that replacement is toast.

The regular atomizer works ok, but the XL works GREAT!! First, it's taller, so your pearls spin better. And for real You really don't even need the pearls. I only use the pearls on small dabs. Because it wants to throw it all over the glass, but big dabs I take the pearls out and I mean BIG dabs¡

i’ve received my 3d xl coil quickly and it did arrive with a crack but a replacement was shipped out quickly without any issues the replacement coil has been perfect
