Works just as good as a puffco. Just without bells and whistles like the app. The trick in the manual made me chazz the ceramic cup it’s all good lol. I’ll grab another atomizer soon. And more glass. Also took a few extra days to ship for whatever reason. Really great little erig for the price.

I'm not going to lie. I was very hesitant on ordering this product. I spent 3 months trying to find the right one with doubt the entire time in my mind. But after I figured out just to let it heat up and then run it again gives me clouds.... And I'm a heavy smoker and I like my banger. Then I find out that I can completely upgrade and interchange any part that I want. Basically it was worth the money. You'll be happy I promise. And if this ain't the one that you want, take the time and just find what suits you, I'm happy. I hope you will be too

I personally like the added insurance. A good insurance that The Carrier, will handle the parcel with added care. Meaning, Don't throw this parcel, slam, or place items on top. Some carriers don't care. Electronic or otherwise. Always add insurance for electric devices, or glass.

Piece is good quality the only flaw is the perc is closer to one side of the glass not centered but still functions

The insurance covered a brand new broken smoke chamber the box had no damage whatsoever all I can think of is it was broken at the factory thank you discount enails for your fast service!!!

All it took was contacting support sending a photo and a half week later I had a working one no problem
