Chipped atomizer & low vapor production

When i received my jcvap atomizer it was nice looking Dont get me wrong but the middle of the bowl inside the chamber was chipped off or something but it came that way during shipping & also no matter what cap I use (jcvaps or standard & peak pro cap) all of them give me low vapor production no matter how much wax I load/ how much I raise the heat, unless I’m doing something wrong then please show me how to use this so I can get maximum production of clouds ty.
