We order the enail kit. We received it very fast as stated. When we hooked it up the box would not go above 80. I contacted customer service and was assisted by email within a few hours. They sent us a new coil to try. We recieved it as expected and again the temp was not working. I contacted them and they emailed me a return label and explanations on how to return the item and they would replace the box. I emailed them the day I mailed it. They put my replacement in the mail that day to help speed up the process. The item works great now and it was worth waiting for the price.
